We pride ourselves that all the meat used in our menu is Scottish and supplied by local Pitlochry Butcher, MacDonald Brothers, who have been supplying Pitlochry for fifty years.
All their produce is direct from local Scottish farms.
Scottish Beef is bought direct from Perthshire farms specialising in Aberdeen Angus beef. The farms have been known to three generations of MacDonald Brothers Butchers.
Scottish Lamb is sourced locally from local Highland Perthshire farms near Aberfeldy.
Scottish Pork supplied from the nearest pig farms to Pitlochry, in Aberdeenshire. The mince for our burgers, the sausages, haggis and black pudding, are all made from recipes passed down three generations of MacDonald Butchers.
