How do I collect this?
This can be collected at the front desk of any property.
How do I use the card?
Simply hand to the waiting staff and they will do the rest.
How do I know what the offers will be?
They will be posted on the website and updated each quarter.
Terms & Conditions
Our loyalty programme, My Local Card, is for guests aged 18+ who have signed up with a valid email address.
The benefits are subject to change on a monthly basis and will be displayed on all participating hotels websites. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred across properties.
The management have the right to withdraw offers with one months’ notice.
The loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Loyalty card discounts cannot be redeemed on key seasonal events including Burns night, Mother’s day, Easter, Enchanted Forest and Christmas/New Year.
The My Local Card is only available to residents in the 'PH' postcode.
